For the past few years, I have been working on creating a fitness workout plan that I can manage. One that would not demand too much time, and one that I wouldn't be intimidated to attempt. Over the past few months, without access to the gym, I decided to put together my own program and incorporate the minimal equipment available to me. So here it is, packaged and wrapped up in a bow.
